The school, held at a local dentistโ€™s office on Saturdays, gives you hands-on training of FMX, composite tray set-up, alginate impressions, model pouring and trimming, bleach trays, temporary crowns, anesthesia syringe set-up, bite registration, digital charting (using Dentryx), and CPR. They give you help with going through Dental Radiology boards (a MUST in Indiana). We were lucky enough to have Sarah as a main teacher and Shelby and Ashley as backups. Their real-life experience is also helpful to us. There were three students in my class, so there was plenty of professional assistance for us all throughout the entire program. They expect you to do a 40-hour externship, which really motivates you to get out there! Read less
